The fabric

'Aubergines in Ochre' is a whimsical yet sophisticated print of decorative aubergines. ‘Nasu’, an aubergine in Japanese, share the same pronunciation as ‘nasu’, to accomplish or to succeed, and therefore this vegetable has been considered a lucky charm symbol for centuries.  It is a mid-weight fabric with a subtle sheen.
