Delivery and Returns

 

Delivery — 

We aim to process and post your ready to wear and accessory order within 2-4 working days. Please note that made to order pieces are usually dispatched in 2-3 weeks:

UK 
We offer free complimentary shipping for orders over £500
£5 - Royal Mail or FedEx, both trackable and require a signature upon delivery

Europe
£18 – Royal Mail or FedEx, both trackable and require a signature upon delivery

International (any country outside of the UK and Europe)
£35 – Royal Mail or FedEx, both trackable and require a signature upon delivery

Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver to Russia.

International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges depending on the destination country. Please note that unfortunately we do not cover these costs as these will vary between countries. If you would like to find out how much customs charges will be in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.

 

Packaging — 

We do not approve of oversized boxes as they waste transport space and have a negative environmental effect. At Hit Parade, we use a space efficient packing method, inspired by the Japanese art of space saving.

Your silk wear is carefully folded then rolled and wrapped in acid-free handmade paper made from a sustainable and renewable resource (plants are cropped above ground level and can be harvested every 3 to 4 years). It is then packed in a sturdy luxury gift box, which is also ideal to be re-used and re-purposed. If you have decided the box is no longer needed, please remove the magnet before recycling. 

You may find minor creases on your silk wear when you take it out of the box, but they will usually disappear after a day or two spent hanging. If you are in hurry, they can be easily removed by using a dry (meaning without steam) warm iron.

 

Returns — 

We want you to be delighted and entirely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you have ordered from our ready to wear collection and are not happy with your purchase, it is eligible for return. Please contact konnichiwa@hitparade.studio for instructions on how to proceed.

The email must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number. Sadly, we cannot authorise a return if you have not notified us within 14 days.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. We kindly ask you to send your unwanted items back in the original box, carefully folded like you have received it. Please also do up the buttons and take out belts from the loops. 

Hit Parade reserves the right to refuse return of any item that does not meet our conditions. Items that appear visibly worn are not eligible for return.

If you change your mind or would like an exchange, we will not be responsible for return postage costs.

For international returns, please ensure that you correctly mark the goods as a ‘Return shipment to origin’ on any customs declaration form. This will ensure that no extra fees are incurred. On the occasion that an item is incorrectly marked and a fee is incurred, this may be passed on to the customer and will delay the returns process.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your returned item.

Please note that we do not offer a return or refund on our made to order pieces, as they are specially made for you.
